On the 3rd Tuesday of each month there is full staff training therefore the phone lines are open 8-8.30am and then again at 9.30 am. The surgery will open its doors at 9.30 am after the meeting

The Practice at Lymington has been taken over by PHL Partnering Health Limited. They can offer a service called Appointments Plus which is available 7 days a week.  In order to make an appointment you MUST ring Lyndhurst Surgery and we can arrange.

If you can travel further afield such as Winchester, Totton, or Ringwood we can offer you appointments there.

Lymington times are:

Mon - Fri 18.30 - 22.00

Sat & Sun 08.00 - 22.00

The surgery is open between 08:00 and 18:30 Monday - Friday excluding Bank or public Holidays. On Tuesdays we are open from 09:30 due to staff training.

Outside these hours medical advice is available by telephone by calling 111. You will speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
